The company' mission is to create value for our shareholders by applying strong technical expertise to strategies that will unlock substantial oil and gas resources in areas where production can be achieved quickly and efficiently. Participate in Joint Ventures. We participate in joint ventures and seek joint venture partners. We look for joint venture participants with strengths that are complementary to ours or who bring some competitive advantage in the area to the table. No oil and gas company tries to operate everything - the organizational requirements would be too great, and so at times we look for other cost effective operators to lead the development. Because of our size, there are also times when risk sharing of the investment and development cost is desirable to enable us to join in a worthy prospect in which we would otherwise be unable to participate. • Locations within or close to areas with an established production history and infrastructure, • Multiple productive sands and reservoirs, and • Low current production levels with significant identified proven and potential reserve opportunities. |
