(Randolph Hastings Jr. B.S, M.B.A)
Mr. Randolph Hastings, Jr., B.S., M.B.A., has more than 15 years of experience in organizing oil and gas projects in the US and Australia. Mr. Hastings will concentrate on the overall management and implementation of the drilling projects.
Mr. Hastings brings significant management, investing and relevant entrepreneurial experiences to the Company. Randolph operates Hastings Consulting out of Cisco, Texas -- a business consulting for oil and gas exploration and development in Australia, in both onshore and offshore areas.
Prior to his current ventures, Mr. Hastings was the Executive Vice President of Australian Grazing and Pastoral, Co., Pty. Ltd., which leased onshore exploration areas in Southwest Queensland, Australia, working directly with Queensland Department of Minerals and Energy and the office of Director, Petroleum, State of Queensland, and leased approximately 16 million acres throughout Queensland's Cooper/Eromanga Basins.

(Wilford Lee Stapp B.A, M.A)
Mr. Stapp received his B.A. from Baylor University and his M.A. from University of Texas - Austin, in Geology and Petroleum Engineering. Mr. Stapp has more than 50 years of experience in all major oil and gas basins both in North America and internationally.
Mr. Stapp will direct all geology activities associated with oil and gas projects for Energy Finders, Inc. Mr. Stapp is a proven oil and gas finder and is recognized by his peers as such. His professional credentials include Emeritus standing in the A.A.P.G., plus membership in several Geologic Associations both in the U.S. and internationally. He is a fellow of the Geological Society (London) and holds a membership in the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Sigma Gamma Epsilon, and the Society of Independent Professional Earth Scientists. He has published many papers covering Texas Geology and International oil gas subjects, and has worked in Asia, Australia, the Persian Gulf, Morocco, Namibia, England, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, France, Louisiana, and Texas. |
