CISCO, Texas -- Energy Finders, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EGYF) is pleased to report that its Joint Venture Partner, International TME Resources, Inc. (OTC:ITME) has signed a letter of intent with joint venture partners led by Flair Petroleum Corporation. Flair Petroleum is a public company based in Calgary, Alberta and specializes in unconventional oil recovery. The company has a staff of geologists and engineers with extensive experience in heavy oil projects. The Joint Venture brings substantial capital and management expertise to Energy Finders, Inc.'s MEGA WEST PROJECT. A definitive contract is being prepared which will include an earn-in opportunity for the Flair group and further details will be announced upon its signing. Energy Finders, Inc. and International TME Resources, Inc. (ITME) created a joint venture to develop a heavy oil and natural gas project in Southwest Texas. A total of 17,200 acres of land, more or less, has now been acquired in the prospect MEGA WEST PROJECT AREA. The prospect is projected to contain more than 48 Million Barrels of recoverable Oil per each 640 acres. A 60 recovery factor is projected for the Trinity Sands. The projected recoverable reserves for the current acreage block is 1.29 Billion Barrels of Oil. Cores will be taken in the Trinity Oil Sands though the entire sand section. These cores will provide an update to previous old cores, which verified the existence of the Trinity Oil Sands which contained 65 oil saturation, 30 porosity and permeabilities of 40,000 to 50,000 millidarcies. Energy Finders, Inc. holds a 70 interest in the Joint Venture project. Additional leases are currently being acquired.
